Shipping times & costs
- US orders ship free on orders of $30 or more.
- Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1 to 5 business days.
- Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
- International orders typically take 14 to 30 business days to arrive. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Orders placed before 1PM PST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 1PM PST ship the next business day.
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
- All orders arrive in plain, unmarked, discreet packaging.

Where is my package? Checking on a delay
Tracking can look stalled for a few reasons. The package may be between carrier scans, moving through customs, or it may be a high volume period. This does not always mean something is wrong.
- Check your tracking link for the most recent scan and estimated delivery date.
- If you are past the estimated window, contact the carrier directly:
- USPS: 1-800-275-8777
- UPS: 1-800-742-5877
- FedEx: 1-800-463-3339
- DHL: 1-800-225-5345
- If it is still not moving after that, contact our support team with your order number and tracking number.
My tracking says "delivered" but I do not have my package
- Check around doors, mailboxes, and with your household first.
- Wait 24 hours. It sometimes shows up the next day.
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Still missing? Contact our support team.
I need to change my shipping address
Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address on our end. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping is at the customer's cost.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a carrier confirms delivery, we cannot guarantee against loss or theft after that point. We review case by case. Contact support with your order number, tracking number, and relevant details.
Customs, duties & import fees (international orders)
These are set by your country's customs office, separate from shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay. King Palm has no way to predict or waive these fees.
