Unfortunately, on our end once a product has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
You can reach out to USPS Customer Care, at 1.800.278.8777, to file an interception or on your tracking information, you can try to change the delivery instructions to include the correct address.
However, changing the delivery instructions does not guarantee it will be delivered to the address you put.
We would recommend reaching out to USPS to see if they may be able to update the shipping address. We are unable to do it on our end unfortunately since we are not the recipient but the shipper. We wish we could hand deliver every package to our amazing customers.
