Sadly, this has been the norm as of late, with them marking it delivered before it is delivered due to understaffing. They are marking it at the hub, and it will arrive within a day or two, if not later in the evening. This has created a lot of angry people, and we have experienced this with numerous retailers, so we understand your frustration. As you can imagine, this has created an influx of tickets. Sadly, we cannot control the postal system and would love to hand deliver to our amazing consumers if possible.
