Accepted payment methods

Debit and credit cards, and Sezzle (buy now, pay later). PayPal is not currently offered as a payment option.

Pricing & currency

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). International customers are charged the converted amount per their bank's exchange rate at time of purchase.

Coupons & promo codes

If a code is not working, it is usually one of two reasons:

1. Site-specific codes. A code from tobacco.kingpalm.com will not work on the main site, and vice versa.
2. Excluded items. Codes cannot combine with BOGO offers, sale items, Bulk Cones, The Hotbox, or Custom Rolls.

Changing or combining an order

Orders cannot be combined once placed. Each order ships and processes independently. Need an address change instead? See the Shipping & Delivery section.

Refunds

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your request, and we will review it and let you know next steps. Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing time.
