Turning it on and off: Press the power button 3 times in quick succession to turn the grinder on or off.
It will not turn on: Make sure it is charged, then try the power sequence again. If there is still no response, contact support with your order number.
It is on, but not grinding well: Avoid overpacking the jar. Grinding works best without overfilling. Very wet or sticky herb can also slow the blades, so try a slightly drier grind.
Cleaning: Wipe down the grinding chamber and blades with a cotton swab or soft cloth lightly dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Avoid submerging the base or motor housing in any liquid.
Battery life & charging: Charge fully before first use via the included cable. A full charge supports multiple grinding sessions before needing to recharge again.
