What is your shipping policy?

King Palm ships their products worldwide. Whether you’re in the US or on the other side of the world, King Palm can get you their products. 

US shipping will be free on purchases of $30 or more and take between 3 to 7 days to deliver. International shipping is going to take a bit longer and cost a bit more. Shipping is dynamic based on what you're purchasing, and products will arrive in between 14-30 business days, depending on your location. In case you’re worried about confidentiality, all of our products come shipped in discreet, secure boxes.

Orders placed with expedited shipping before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
