U.S. Shipping: Free on orders of $30 or more and typically delivers within 3 to 7 business days. Processing time is 1–5 business days. Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will ship the following Monday. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
International Shipping: Delivery times vary by location and typically range from 14 to 30 business days. Processing time is 1–5 business days. Shipping costs are dynamic based on your order. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs or import duties upon arrival. These fees are not covered by King Palm.

Expedited Shipping
Orders placed with expedited shipping before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

If you enter an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
